Volunteer Opportunities

Donate your time to help the event run smoothly, ensure that attendees are having a great time, and capture feedback and snapshots throughout the day. We have several volunteer opportunities available. Please see the descriptions below and submit the form. If you have other talents or resources you can share with us leading up to, during, or after the event, we would love to hear from you!

Each volunteer receives a full pass to the event, access to all of the session recordings, and a Virtual Marketplace profile.


VOLUNTEER POSITIONS

Session Track Green Room Manager
Remain in the Green Room (you will be assigned to one of the three Session Tracks) to assist the Speaker Track Chairs. Your tasks will include greeting speakers as they arrive, helping them feel comfortable and prepared, ensure they get to the right room for their session, debrief with speakers after their session.

Time commitment: full day (5-6 hours)


Concierge Assistant
Assist the main concierge with requests from attendees; offer suggestions for what to explore next based on their interests.

Time commitment: half day (4 hours)


Visual Asset Manager
Gather video snippets and screenshots from events throughout the day (keynotes, sessions, Marketplace, yoga, meetup rooms, etc.). Qualifications: Knowledge of videography, technical background and prior recording experience.

Time commitment: full day (5-6 hours)


Event Helpers
Visit the various meetup rooms and interact with attendees; get feedback, answer questions, encourage activities and suggest sessions.

Time commitment: half day (4 hours)


Social Media Street Team
Be part of the pre-event promo, and help us spread the word and update folks on the day of the event with posts on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn as you are attending sessions and enjoying the event.

Time commitment: half day (4 hours)
